  • Over the age of 18 or using the service under institutional supervision

Using the platform on behalf of a school or institution confirms that you have the authority to do so.

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Ensure any student data shared complies with school policies and local data protection laws

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the platform

4. Student Data and Privacy

We collect only minimal student data:

  • Additional learning needs (e.g., SEND)

  • Work submissions (text or image)

You are responsible for ensuring any data uploaded is handled in compliance with applicable laws and school policies.
